    Anybody know if you can change out sport seats from a 2007 Dble cab work 2014 acess cab regular seat

    Yes you can, I just installed seats out of an 08 into my 05. You might have problems with the airbags though. As mine didn't have in either of my seats. The sensor plug in the passenger seats plugged right into the 08 seat. Hope this helps.
