I had leftover Ribeye this past Tuesday, smoked and then cooked them on Monday. Had it with a sweet potato. Man was it tasty and tender. Now I'm wanting some ribeye again, might have to make a Sam's run tomorrow lol.

Nothin wrong with that. I had planned to smoke a brisket on Saturday now that got killed, have a birthday party to go to and then out to Texas De Brazil with some friends for dinner. So I'm not going to complain too hard with that last part. :)

Was at SAMs club. Picked up some pork loin and tenderloin as well. I think I'm wrapping the tenders with bacon and smoking them tomorrow.

There was a discussion a little while back about salt blocks. Threw down some quick lemon and cajun shrimp with a little slab of blue fin. It's a fun little novelty item that ever grill needs. IMO you really need a thicker block for the grill to keep cracks to a minimum.
