Yes he unplugged it today, before he did it he looked at the schematic to take my Dash apart and called me and tried to warn me he was going to be charging me a s*** ton more of money for this. And I told him he was probably going to have to take the dash apart to replace the ECM anyways! Anyway later in the day he called me, said the dash was completely apart and did unplug it, but still did not engage. So that isn't it I guess.

I'll try to explain! When my step daughter was a year-and-a-half her and her mother who became my bride 18 years ago now came into the house and for a month or so she had been there and always heard me come in and say honey I'm home. So one day I was home first for some reason and when her and her mother walked up the stairs she, with her tiny little voice said honey we're home exclamation point and she just started calling me honey from that day on. She is 20 years old now and she still calls me honey all through school and high school her friends all called me honey and her dad even calls me honey! Funny part is shortly before that her dad had a talk with my soon-to-be wife saying he did not want her calling me daddy . Well it took him awhile to get used to it because he was upset that she was calling me honey but she came up with it on her own. So he finally accepted it and that's why I am honey! hey, you brought it up!

 

My Wife and I did the same thing. She got the XLE Highlander and I got the XP Tacoma. That's funny.

 

I have 2 little girls myself. There's nothing better than the cute things they come up with.

Yep! Step daughter, who I raised as my own is living in FL now. 14 year old daughter, and 16 year old son still home,, but the years are flying by! Need some Tacoma in this post, so here are a couple pictures from the atv weekend in Tennessee this spring!

 

It's all about making good memories my Tacoma friends! Without out them you'll have nothing! And when we all get really really old and are memories go, we won't even have them! But at least we'll know that our great grandchildren will still be driving around in the 3rd gen Tacomas that we left them!

 

Know the feeling. Hard to believe I miss the teens. Mine are 30, 22 and 20. The baby is away at 2nd year of college now. They go from 10 to 20 in a flash. They all had some childhood in Toyotas.

 

Yep, I couldn't wait for them to grow up, but now I am missing one, and my son is driving now and isn't home as much! It's going to be lonely quite around here soon except for my afe cai with dynamic scoop, and magnaflow catback exhaust!
