Thanks, man. I'll have to keep an eye out for you. I've lived and worked there for about 15 years. Took a job in FC a couple years back, just can't make myself move down there. Awful little town.

Pulled the trigger and ordered one of those airflow snorkels via the group buy. Will install snorkel and CAI at the same time. That TRD CAI arrived Friday.

I hope the airflow will line up with the CAI for you. my mpg surpisingly improved with my snorkel install.. But to hear the sound of that CAI.. you'll probably be stomping the gas. ;)

Anybody going to Bikes Blues and BBQ this week? Think my wife and I are going to be checking it out Friday evening. If anyone's interested in meeting up, let me know.

    Bone stock. For now.
Is anyone in need of the OEM 4 leaf spring packs? I just installed my new Dakars and will be selling my old packs. They have 24k miles on them. Figured I'd post here before I put it on Craigslist.

Did you use rubber or poly bushings on your Dakars? I've got the rubber and can't find if you're supposed to grease them or not. I see conflicting info about if you grease the bushings it makes them move in the eye while others say you need grease to get them in...

How much runway do you need for that toy plane; can you land on grass?

I'm looking at a property listing that has a 1500 foot grass runway that can be extended another 500 feet

I used rubber bushings from Headstrong Offroad. I did not grease mine. I've seen some folks use white lithium grease on the OME poly bushings.

I just pressed them in by hand. They should slide in pretty easily. The grease is only for the bolt sleeve inside the bushings.
