So, I drove to the gas station down the road from my house. On the drive home, full dash board lights come on and engine shuts down. Luckily I was able to pull into an open parking lot and wait for roadside. The engine would crank but not turn over. The traction control light was the only out of the ordinary light that was on the dashboard while trying to start the engine. Anyone experience this? I'll post what the dealership does/did to fix it tomorrow.

Did you get gas or just drive down there? The reason I ask is, my buddy got gas one time and made it a block before his car shutdown. The gas had water in it.

Some stuff. Not a lot, just some.
Had this happen after a timing belt change. One of my crank position wires got snagged and was shorting out. Luckily a quick solder job was all it needed. Same symptoms...crank but no fire.

Al though I do recall someone having your issue and it was the gas cap IIRC. I'll see if I can find the thread.

Disregard that thread...that member didn't have engine issues, just cel and trac light's were illuminated.

So here's what happened. My add a fuse was in line with the traction control and it blew. I felt like an idiot. New fuse and good to go. The circuit was for my heating and cooling system seats. Time for new wiring.
