I got a few warranty replacement Series 2 mags a few weeks ago, finally I have plastic mags that work! I would say that the customer service at Hexmag is pretty awesome!

A lift, some wheels, some tires, some performance, some cosmetic and then audio.
Nice, I had good luck with my old version Hexmags. My friends didn't. They couldn't charge the bolt on a full mag but I never had that issue on any of my rifles. There were on said 25% off so I just grab some before election in case.

Got a new RCBS 505 mechanical scale coming. My FA digital scale came apart when it hit the wall, high velocity (I have some anger issues). I had just loaded a batch of .35 Rem and went to double check, they were off. Back to old school.

How far off? Fortunately .35 Rem is fairly tolerant if you're just a dab over.

I run 40.5 and they were 40.7 to 40.4. No big deal but I'm funny like that. I usually shoot that rifle inside 75yds. The deer won't notice +/- .2 grains but like I said, I'm obsessive. I hadn't sat any lead so nothing lost but a scale.

Funny - I have a 505 on the bench and a FA scale in the junk drawer somewhere as well. Manual scales are slow, but precise. I have a nice RCBS powder measure and it usually "walks" less than a tenth of a grain in fifty charges, so I get set up using the 505 and then measure about every 25 charges (or whenever I accidentally bump the measure, or refill it).

Shoot them both if you can.

I sold my 938 because it was simply too small for my hands, but I wear xl gloves so that had a lot to do with it.

Nothing wrong with being obsessive when you're hand-loading. At least you didn't have to strip them all down and start over, haha! Even reload bullets are expensive these days.

Both are great....handle & shoot both if you're able before pulling the proverbial trigger! :D

FYI - that small grip extension on the mag is what sold it for me. I wear medium gloves....so the grip was perfect with that curved extension. Some 938 models don't come with that.

Picked up some P-mags for my AK. Did a Saiga conversion several years ago except for the bullet guide. Have been using the SGM mags made for the Saiga. Finally got around to the bullet guide install so I wanted to get some new mags for the rifle. A week ago I bought some Bulgarian mags from CDNN and today my LGS had a bin full of the 1st gen AK P-mags so I grabbed a few. I also modified the SGM mags to work with the new bullet guide so I have a decent supply of mags on hand now.
