Woke up to condensation inside the headlamp this morning. Due to having to cut the rubber seal to install the larger housing. It will now let in water, not to try to figure this out

You could take and air hose and point it into the housing. Let it sit for an hour or so and turn the position of the hose every 15-30 minutes. That should allow the air to dry the water up. There a YouTube video somewhere that does it with a honda. It's a professional video too.

No problem man! I had the same issue when I tried installing leds in my anzo headlights. Had to cut the dust boot and that happened. The fog lights are different because the bulbs actually seal the housings since the opening is where the bulb is.

My anzo were different because the projectors took a lot of room in the housing. You can either try to fit it all in the housing which the heat my burn them up quicker or just silicone the boot.

Cool I will try to have the new dust boot fitted tighter when they come so I don't have to continue with this crap

They are very bright and project nicely but a little scattered.

Condensation in the housing will cause melting on the inside of the lens when lights are turned on. Even if you get a tighter fit, the scatter is terrible and people will be flashing you ALL THE TIME! Even of you adjust the lights down.

Make sure not to cut the new dust boots ;) play around with the leds since you already have them and try to get them to fit in the housings.
