Let my friend borrow the truck and trailer and he jack knifed and tore a hole in the fender. Not sure if it's the left or right side according to part online, but it's the passenger side. And almost all 5ft bed site, that have the part show with the fender flair holes - def don't want those.

Guess they don't come pre painted in superwhite either, but does anyone know the correct part number?

Less than 2K miles on the ODO and only let him borrow it because he keeps his cars spotless.

No, he's a good friend and didn't mean to do it. He's done more for me than I could ever do for him - this is his pass. His family is paycheck to paycheck and I'm not going to make him pay. I can live with it easier than he could afford to fix it. This one is on my dime.

If he's a good enough friend to let him borrow your brand new truck I would only assume that he's a good enough friend to not make him pay for the damage. Of course unless it was gross negligence

Exactly. He doesn't pay. This is one I pay. And I don't care about the how/why. I loaned it, I fix it.

I guess it's a pass if he doesn't have the money. But I know my best friend of years if I fucked his car or truck up id pay for it. I get it though.

I know, but he's worth more than a fender. It wasn't malicious. This is a guy I call at noon and by 2pm he's helping me reside a house. I'd rather replace the fender than a friendship. Good friends are harder to find than replacement parts.
