    I'll be installing a new suspension including new UCAs in a few weeks. The issue I've seen however is that the passenger side bolt is next to impossible to get out without cutting and putting it back in the "right" way is even worse. Has anyone had any luck and can give some tips with putting the bolt back in the right way, instead of having to put it in the reverse way?

    I just cut them. Interested to see if there's an easier way. I'm thinking the only way is to disconnect stuff and lift the body.

    Ya, I'd like to avoid that if possible, but I'm thinking the only way is to lift the body after doing some research on it, and that's not going to happen. Hopefully someone might know :notsure:

    I would cut the bolts and buy new ones from the dealer. It only cost $12. That's what I did. I cut the head of the bolts with a Saw-all and reinstall the new bolts reverse. Easy, a lot better then bending out your inner fenders and it'll look like shit after.

    I've got new bolts already, so that's not the issue. I just would rather put the bolts in the proper way instead of reverse.

    I bought new bolts originally and was going to cut the old out and put them in reversed. However, a friend and myself were able to pull the old bolts out and put them back in the correct way.

    How'd you do it? Did you just have to bend the shit out of the sheet metal? I don't mind bending it if I can get those bolts in the proper way, it would just give me ease of mind knowing that in case the nut falls off the bolt still will be in there

    The drivers side was pretty easy and didn't require to much bending of the sheet metal (at least I didn't think it was that bad). The passenger side was more difficult and did require more bending of the sheet metal, the path through the engine bay for the bolt was a lot tighter and it took more effort than the drivers side to get it back through once out.

    I pulled/pushed the bolt from the engine bay while my buddy aligned everything (spacers, bushings, etc). I couldn't imagine trying to do it by myself so I would definitely recommend having someone there to assist you.

    Like you, I wanted to put them back in the correct way if possible and am glad I was able to, just for piece of mind knowing there's no chance they will fall out.

    Awesome, thanks. I looked at a friends over the weekend and the driver side looks really easy. I'll have about 3 others helping me with the install so I'm hoping we can figure it out. I've got an extra set of bolts just in case I do end up having to cut them.

    @eccracer104 it's do-able. Let's get it done!
