    I had these made for my truck by Heavy Metal Off Road but had them removed because I swapped in RC steps. $300 and the guy will weld it on your truck for an extra $150.

    I agree. The sliders saved my doors a few times. In this case, almost everyone had to pivot on the sliders to make the turn. Would be absolutely necessary with a DCLB. You could have someone add fill-plates to make them steps. Your rig though... just looking out.

    Yep. I don't do much driving around rocks/boulders, so I'm fine. I'm more of dirt and mud kinda driver.
