I know what all y'all are talking about with shift boot getting kicked out, my 4 year old keeps knocking it out each time he gets in my truck. A few times I was able to remount it in the plastic tabs, but now a few of them have been snapped due to my robust little guy. I may try gluing some aluminum tabs as suggested, thanks!

Alright guys I think I know the problem but I just want some more opinions. My front end keeps popping really really loud when turning in either directions. It's only at slower speeds and full turn. Usually the front end is pitched at some angle in order for it to pop. Nothing looks broken or out of place. I'm fairly familiar with suspension systems but I'd rather have some help.

Also looking to get some aftermarket uca in the near future I've read some poor reviews on LR uca and was wondering if someone could put in their input on them. If those aren't the route to go what is another reasonably priced way to go

That's what I was thinking. I guess I'll inspect it good and then replace them if that's the case

Just inspected everything and the inner boots have a slit separation but doesn't seem to be split all the way through. There is no oil slung everywhere like the boots are leaking.

I had a similar issue. Turned out to be the diff drop, I removed it, clunks were gone.

I saw some pics of the polar Tacoma an liked the fenders. Going to do something along those lines.

Air cleaner. I didn't have room for it where it was before. Inner fender is tubbed out

Btw I am selling a sub box mad specifically for singl cab Tacomas. It's for two swap mount 12", it's ported and the port is tuned per crutchfields dimensions it allows you to keep your center seatbelt as well. Doesn't fit in my taco any more. Check my build thread and you'll see why it used to be covered in headliner material but that got dirty and tore easy I'm in the process of bed lining it. Sounded great with my 2 kicker comp vr's running 1800w. Let me know if you have any questions or are interested. I'll post it in for sale as well. Just thought I'd let you rc guys know first.image.jpgimage.jpg
