Done! Haven't driven it yet and leaving the windows up for a day or two to make sure the tape stays in. They're in channel but theres tape as well for reinforcement. The only complaint I will have is that the A pillar is about doubled in size, guess I'll have to get used to it. $55 is a lot for thin plastic however it was on a free gift card so its not all bad. Can't say whether I'd recommend them at that price yet, however if you can find them for cheap pick them up.

How to the visors for the kick out windows mount? Do they interfere with opening them at all?

Hahah, no they stick to the windows themselves, so they're effectively pointless! It's just for looks, I'm guessing to make it look more "streamlined" :notsure:

Update: Really liking the visors. Quality is good. They need to be dried off to prevent water stains but other than that they have held up great. They reduce noise and keep water out, but another feature I wasn't aware of is sun protection. They block the sun out quite well late in the day. Very happy with them.

Those who have had weathertechs for a while, is yours noisy/has movement now? Do the in channel ones use an adhesive? Should I just pull them out and put a new adhesive strip on? Thanks.

Mine have only been on for about 6-8 months (don't know the exact date I threw them on). No issues with noise or anything else so far. I had the AVS in channel on my previous double cab. I do like the weathertech version more though.

Had them on for a little over a year now. They are not as snug as they used to be but I have removed mine a couple of times. I get a little rattle at certain speeds but barely noticeable.

Yeah that's the rattle, usually only when the windows partially open. Thinking about pulling it out and adding some weather stripping just to tighten it up.

My AVS in channels do have an adhesive. No rattling or wind noise that I have noticed. I MIGHT and emphasis on might have had a water problem while the windows were cracked but I will have to double check on that.
