Ha that happened in class last night. Sometimes I get busy at work and can't eat when I'm supposed to, which leads me to having to eat a bunch of shit at once at the end of the day. I downed 5 eggs on the way to school and had to eat 11 oz of chicken like an hour later. I had like 3 bites left and couldn't do it, so I just threw the leftovers away.

I've always wondered how it would taste if I blended up every single thing I ate in a day into 1 enormous shake. I'm sure it'd be disgusting.

I actually bet it wouldn't taste that bad. Protein powder at least mine is very flavorful lol.

    3 scoops chocolate whey
    1 scoop chocolate caesin
    24oz chicken
    12 oz brocoli
    80g oats
    12 egg white
    4 whole eggs
    8 oz Salad mix
    Oil and vinegar for dressing
3oz beef jerky. And I'm sure I'm missing some other stuff in there. Oh peanut butter lots of peanut butter.

its not that bad...I have done it more than once. If you can just keep your mind on the benefit of getting in a whole meal (real meal) in 5 seconds vs chewing it all then it goes down smooth

Ughhhhh tried the protein shakes from muscle milk.....fuuuuck they're horrible. I've had an after taste from this morning that I can't get rid of.

Also try that Chai Vanilla tea. Really tasty. I get it from Albertsons or wal mart in the salad section

The banana Muscle Milk is good

I cut around 2300 calories (~500 calorie deficit), but everyone is different. 1g protein per lb of bodyweight, between 60-90 g fat and the rest is filled with carbs. I cut for about 4-5 months, but I suck at it b/c I have ZERO self-control on the weekends. If I did it properly, I'd be ripped in 3 months. @tacopaulo is the cutting king, as he's the only one in here with an actual 6-pack lol

It's ok. I'm right there with you now. I said I was going to bulk a little leaner this go 'round. Not really happening. I've been all about some chocolate and mtn dew and everything sugary. I'm already getting fat. Dem abs is bout gone already.

This is pretty much how I do it. Although I'm starting to think even 1g of protein per bodyweight is more than enough. Recently I've been eating 130g a day and I've been doing OK. I've been reading a bunch of stuff about Mike mentzer and that guy was either a genius or out of his mind!
