Hello! My 03 2.4 Tacoma(128,000 miles) will get stuck in reverse when I'm on an incline maneuvering around. Shifts ok on flat surface. I drained old brake fluid out through the slave cylinder bleeder with new fluid. When it's stuck in reverse on an incline, letting the pedal up is very close to the floor where the clutch starts to disengage. On flat surface the pedal is higher when it starts to disengage the clutch.
    No noises...trans is quiet...all smoothe.
Also....replaced the shifter lever bushing. Old one was completely disintegrated to crumbs. I vacumed out what was left. Majority of bushing pieces fell in to trans.
    I'm lost with this one.
    Your knowledge is certainly appreciated!
    Thank you!
