I felt the same way as I planned to do mine in all Black. Found Blaze Blue @ AutoZone for badges and ended up doing the outer border and emblem in that color instead of solid black.

    Looks legit, but next time...

    ... I'll do something like this. ^^

Yup check out the TRD Pro thread. He posted pics of all the things he ordered, as the truck was coming in, and he is installing.

I had $7800 of mods on my 16 Trd Pro, and have to listen to my pussy husband bitch.

I live paycheck to paycheck and have about 4 grand worth of credit card bills.

I live on military disability at that. All the mods to my truck were paid for by selling off stuff from old hobbies.

But i could care less that others have more money than me. 90% of them also have more stress and less fun.

I live out in the woods in a 1999 double wide on 2 acres of land. I don't live fancy but i can walk out my door and build a 12 feet high fire, turn up the music and get drunk with buddies when i feel like it.

Got a perfect fishing creek 12 miles from my door. Off road sand pits less than a mile. 100 yard Hillbilly gun range half mile. 80 yard archery range 800 feet away.

Some would say I'm poor as hell... Got 16 bucks until the 1st of the month... But that don't mean shit to me. As far as I'm concerned I'm successful.

He doesn't complain about my Lotus Elise R888 tires I need yearly, or the amount of mods that are in his GT3 RS 4.0. He is just a truck hater. Thinks only white trailer trash people or mexican gardeners drive them. Constantly complains how having a truck lowers our property value.

Told him, if he doesn't STFU, I will be trading him in soon.

This... is the life. My grandfather has a piece of land out in ND like this. He wants to sell to live in the city due to medical issues, but I'd kill to be there and just live off the land.

Honestly, as long as you are happy and healthy and make shit work. Then fuck it. Live how YOU want, its not anyone else's life. It's yours! For me, I would be quite okay with that lifestyle lol. Shit that stuff sounds way more fun than being a damn adult :( (not saying you aren't an adult)

Just wanted to report back after I washed the truck last night for the first time with the TruXport TruXedo Tonneau cover on about its ability to keep water out the bed.

I sprayed the water hose in jet setting all around the seals where the cover attaches to the bed...side to side and front to back. The entire bed was bone dry except for a few drops of water that came where the tailgate closes on the ends, and one little trickle of water came in at the header rail on the passenger side, but that was it. And I really sprayed that thing down trying to simulate a storm at highway speeds as much as possible. Was really impressed with the ability of the TruXport to keep water out of the bed especially at the $260 price point I paid for this cover. I have no worries about storing any kind of gear in there at this point.

Your mileage my vary but I have been super impressed with it so far.

Do you have a closer view of the side profile? I'm stuck between the TruXport and the LoPro QT

Quick wash using Meguiar's waterless wash for the first time since truck wasn't too dirty. Gotta say, I'm impressed. 20160927_140210.jpg 20160927_140300.jpg 20160927_140314.jpg

I noticed today the wind gusts don't jerk the truck around driving on the highway with a tonneau cover on. Never gave it any thought the wind gusts that blow in the bed without it covered. I have the Lo Pro QT and water gets in at all 4 corners or whichever way the rain is falling from. It does not get on the bed mat so no big deal. I have the tailgate seals also so no water or dust gets in there.
