Went out after dark last night to a big unlit vacant parking lot adjacent to a local car dealership and got these aimed/aligned nicely. Man these suckers are bright and throw a beam. I walked about 300' in front of my truck and the light was blinding. I can see why these aren't approved for on road use. I had a nice bank of conifer trees along the edge to use as a target. Now I need to find a nice dark stretch of unlit road for a final test.

    a bunch of new/used parts....and some skids.
reading the most recent comments just makes my morning even better! thank you tw

Last night I did an oil change with Mobile1 full synth and soldered on an aux to my stock head unit. Works great!

sent the wire under he radio mounting brackets to keep it from being yanked out! now I just need to pick up a Bluetooth dongle (cant believe they're called that), clip off the aux plug, and stash that away behind the radio for easy music enjoyment!

yep. Blown. Replaced yesterday but didn't try the new lights again yet. It's in the box under the hood. There's a puller in there. It's the one labeled DOME.
