Body work doesn't seem like it'd be quite as forgiving as part swapping, lol.
Edit: I should clarify, *GOOD body work

Holy smokes, that looks great. I gotta admit, whenever I see anyone that's going to try their own body work, I always expect it to look shit at the end. Color me surprised.

A few last photos of the scoop,
I cut the very back section of the fiberglass scoop insert off 1/2" in from the back just In front of the drain holes.
Also cut the back section of the plastic inset and then screwed it together with lock nuts after I put a fresh coat of black paint on. As you can see it is now completely opened.
The scoop inlet air hole lines up perfectly just in front of the supercharger

Looks great AND it's functional. That's a win-win scenario. This is one of my favorite trucks on Tacoma World.

    Thanks for the thumbs up,
One thing to note about a functional hood scoop with a supercharger that I'm finding out is the sound comes out of the scoop and because of that the charger is louder.
You can listen to the sound clip below.

So the 3rd gen 4Runner sport hood won 't fit on pre 01 tacoma's or do u have to retrofit the scoop from the 4Runner onto the Tacoma hood.
Was wondering if you replaced grill and headlights that they would fit , has anyone tried that ?

Has to be retro fitted, the fenders and grill are all different.
Maybe if you replaced the Front end, grill and all, and the both fenders, maybe then it would.
But I don't think the fenders match up
