Ordered 4 new Bilsteins for my Taco from Tire Rack. Yesterday PM they were delivered---no problem, except I did not open the individual boxes. When the Taco went into the shop today for the timing chain plus the 120K mile "tune-up, I asked the tech to install the new Bilsteins. A couple of hours later, he called and informed me that the rear shocks went on with no issues; however, when he opened the boxes with the front shocks there were no bushings in the boxes.
The only source he could find for bushings was the local Toyota dealer and the price for 2 rubber shock bushings was a bit over $28!!!!!!
I told him to get them because he was already working on the Taco and needed them like right away. I then sent an email to Tire Rack and told them the story. I know Tire Rack did not package the shocks, but someone at Biltstein owes me for the outrageous cost of the bushings that I had to buy at the dealership.
No reply from Tire Rack yet, but it has only been 3 hours. I'll post back in a day or two to follow-up on this.

Got a reply from a "customer service rep" at Tire Rack. She referred me back to their site and said that the site states that no bushings are included with the front shocks that I ordered. I checked out their site (again) and found no such statement anywhere. I wrote back to her and told her I found no such statement and that "I am not happy".
Now waiting to see if I get a reply.
I have purchased several sets of Bilsteins over the years for various trucks and I never got a set that came without bushings. Anyone of you ever get a set without bushings?
This was my first purchase from Tire Rack----maybe my last, too.

No reply from Tire Rack, but I did get the "straight scoop" from a fellow on the TDR site, where I posted the same info. He was well informed and said that Bilstein indeed does not supply the bushings for the front shocks that I ordered for the Tacoma because the bushings are considered to be a part of that particular truck. I can live with that; the thing I didn't like was the surprise of finding out there were no bushings when we were at "crunch time" in the installation process. Tire Rack should at least have something in bolt type on their site that states no bushings are included for "the listed applications" or words to that effect. So far, I haven't found anything on their site that says anything about needing to buy the bushings as a separate item.
Live and learn. Thanks to all here who read/replied. Chapter closed.
