    That was my every day when I worked front line for TMO. Only so many assholes one could deal with in a day. Mind you this was during flex pay and contracts, what a fucking nightmare. I think youve got it easier with no contracts.

    Shit, when I was 19 it would take 3 hours to activate a damn Startac. I would sometimes spend all 8 hours of a shift on the phone with customer service and not get one activation. Then some part time closer would walk in, log on and get a family plan.
