I have an issue. I used a t tap to get power from my dash. I tapped into my traction control switch to power my lower independent switches. I did manage to power all my switches but lost power to my traction control switch. Any help would be appreciated
My guess is that my switches are drawing too much power?

My guess is that you may have cut the power wire to your switch. That is either caused by too small of a t-splice or it may have been crimped down too hard. The +12v is powering your switches, but it's not connected to your VSC switch.

I would check out that connection as the switches require very low current.

First off, I love this set up. I built mine over the winter, installed in spring and really like having switches for all my lighting.
That being said, I have one more switch spot available and I have an idea what to use it for, just not sure how to do it with this setup.
Anytime back up camera mod. I understand Croms tutorial for his particular application, but not sure how to apply it to this particular fusing and switching setup which would use my last available switch location in headliner. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you.

Sorry if this is off track but does anyone have a place and the part numbers if I want to redo my H10 fog lamp connectors? I looked and couldn't find the pieces themselves, only the one's with wires on them. Can they be taken apart and put on my factory wires? There are some very smart people in here and figured someone might know this stuff to help me out

What it be possible for one of you guys to give me the dimensions of a Bussman fuse box? The website doesn't have the dimensions for the one listed in the original post.

Part 2 of this tutorial gave you a link to the datasheet for the box. Here it is again. All the specs that you're looking for are in there.

Does anyone happen to have any leftover parts that i can buy/have to build my RTMR? i know that all these parts unfortunately come in a minimum order, so just seeing if anyone out here has any left over parts such as terminals, weather packs, etc.... Thanks you guys!

I will be doing a modified version of this build using the 10 relay/40 fuse or Circuit Breaker box and want to use the external bus bars like this project used. However, I cannot find a Blue Sea 10 gang BusBar that matches or is close to the length of the RTMR 10 relay box. I know I could use the shorter 10 gang BusBar they have w/ longer wires, but would like a longer (matching length) one to keep everything very organized during the building process of this box.

Does anyone have recommendations on a different brand that would match the length better? Links or PMs would be highly appreciated.

Here is the 10 RTMR is will be building with
    http://www.connectorconcepts.com/bu15rffuremo.html

Here is the shorter BusBar I have found. I would like this twice the length with only a single row of screws.

Blue Sea makes a 20 Gang busbar that is long. You could always use that and not use 10 of the screws.

Otherwise, you could also make one yourself. You'd simply need some metal to drill and thread holes. Then a couple stand-off posts or plastic or something for insulation.

Ahhh yeah bought all my supplies! Doing a modified version with a 10 relay fuse panel though. I'll report back after it's all done.

I built my RTMR box knowing I would never need 40 fuses. With that being said, I decided to use one side of fuses (20 in total) as my "negative buss" so that one of the posts into the box is for + and the other for -. I liked this cleaner look (no external buss bars) but it does mean I have to carry double the amount of fuses (since all power from the RTMR are fused at both positive and negative supplies. Fuses are cheap anyways.

Funny that you did this because I wasn't planning on doing the external bus bars either. Doing the same setup you're running. Running it was a 150a circuit breaker too. Is this what you did or did you use a larger fuse?

i just used the blue sea 100a circuit breaker

    https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0051P01BW/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I like having the breaker cause I can easily flip it open/off when I need to tweak something on the box. Plus, I don't have to carry spare fuses.
