Just like the title says, Anyone have a double din and use a large switch panel? If so were did you locate it? I was wanting to do a pillar mounted panel beneath the handle, but no one makes one that I have seen. So that leaves me with trying to add it to some existing trim on the dash or along side the console.... Just looking for some ideas. I'm open for about anything. thought about maybe on the roof above the rear view, which would require some skills with fiberglass (which I have none of). Lets hear what you think!

I have a double din radio, so it's not possible to use one like that. Ash tray holds the cb, so that's out.

i believe there is enough room in the roof to use one of those snap in switch holders.

So you think between the headliner and roof panel there is enough room for this to fit and not hit the roof panel? that would be spectacular.

I cant find the pic, but somebody posted a pic of using that bracket in the headliner near the map light.

I like idea of switches in the headliner in terms of space, my issue is I like switches for lights and the locker in the dash so I can hit them quick and they're in my line of sight

Turning off the lights is a big one, my switches are right by the headlight switch arm so I can turn off my light bar with my brights for oncoming traffic. If that's not a concern the headliner seems ideal

for that, i would would set the switch up on a on off on switch, so you could trigger them with your highbeams or by themselves.

    That would solve it.

My lightbar is already on an on-off-on switch since it's dual beam amber and white, only other solution is to isolate them each to a switch, but that adds another switch on the dash, space is limited, yaddah yaddah.

It does suck not having it go off with the high beams, my old light forces were wired that way with the wiring harness, but I also didn't like not being able to run them without the brights on.

If I add another set of halogens or hids, which I might because the light bar doesn't compare to the light forces for light thrown down the road, I'll put that one on a spdt switch, that's a good idea
