Just looking for recommendations on tire shops around my area. I need an alignment as well. It's time to get the Dunlops off my Tacoma.

Has anyone had experiences with the Discount tire in Sanford?

    Thanks!

While they don't do alignments, Costco has great tire deals if they carry the type you are looking for.

Find where the local autox folks get their alignments done (lot's 'o Autox in your area!) and get some recommendations from them. Big box stores aren't to be trusted unless you personally know the tech and his skill set from some other successes.

Yeah, I guess the tire question is easier than where to get an alignment! I had a "chain" store mess an alignment up on me once a long time ago. Thanks for the Costco idea.

I used to use the discount tire in sanford when I was a kid. I had a trans am and went through A LOT of tires. They always did good work, decent pricing but it has been a long time. Now I use PEP BOYS on 50/Near Dean. They do good work and Offer 5 year alignment deal, and lifetime of tire balancing. I go in every 5k and throw them a $20 tip each time because they get me in and out in 30 min or less.
