    Hello,

Long time fan but first time posting. I can't find any other thread with this problem.

Recently installed all new exhaust on my 09' V6 Tacoma with the help of a buddy of mine. I went with the URD Spec U headers, URD Y pipe, and Flowmaster Tailpipe.

Whats baffling me is since then I am getting a CEL and ABS light throwing p0420 and p0430 codes, even though I installed URD's rear o2 Simulator which is designed to prevent that very thing from happening :(

No leaks are present from what I can tell, and I've replaced both upstream o2 sensors.

What could be the cause of the CEL?

Did u install the sim correctly? There is a long wire and short. The short one is for the pass side o2 and the long is for the drivers side o2. Did u install on the front or rear o2? Did u buy Toyota o2 sensors for the front when replaced?

Thanks for replying, I installed the Sim on the rear sensors with the short end on the P side. Front sensors should be OK.

But did you buy toyota brand sensors? I ask because I to had a problem with them 1.5 years ago and bought aftermarket boshe but they didn't work. The only ones that did work are yoda brand.

Very true! but were you getting the same codes before you swapped to Yoda sensors? And did your CEL come on right after you installed your LT headers?

I did not get any codes after my header install, I also bought Yoda o2 sensors when I did them

Yes I clear the codes, but after 50 miles they come back. could it be the ECM?

that's really strange, all i can think of is possibly the O2 simulators are defective/faulty? I would contact URD.

Some stuff. Not a lot, just some.
    Denso is the "yoda" brand.

Thanks for clarifying that. Im starting to think it may be a short in the circuit somewhere.
