Try tuna salad with it instead of mayonnaise.

After the thorough break down i couldn't do that much sugar. I mean I can but holy shit that's a lot of sugar.

But with all the carbs I was amazed how little your fiber intake is.

    legs this afternoon:

    squats: 135x20, 185x15, 225x10, 315x3, 135x10
    Romanian deadlift: 3 sets
    seated leg extensions: 4 sets
    lying leg curls: 4 sets

superset: machine leg extensions & seated leg curls - 4 sets

    calves & forearms

Now, time to head to Athens tomorrow morning to completely ruin what I did in the gym all week :anonymous:

I'm telling you man, it's the bee's knees! When I bulk, my bp always gets higher (130/70 opposed to my usual 110/60) and a few years back I read about potassium balancing out sodium and I've been doing a 1:1 ratio ever since and my bp stays super low, even with 4-5g sodium per day on a bulk. I think I read that like 97-98% of people in the world don't get enough potassium...it's a miracle element!

hell yes. I LOVE tuna salad.

I tried the "recommended dose" of like 38-40g, but I was shitting mud like 4 times a day lol. My sweet spot is around 30g/day.

I'm gonna make sure I have the right lighting somewhere in this house I'm building. I told my electricians if I didn't look 15-20 lbs heavier somewhere in there thanks to the lighting, they don't get paid.
