Hm... Well I'll have to check my last alignment numbers. I'm sure I have at least 3. Maybe I can squeeze a bit more. I'll smash the pinch weld too. Hopefully that will be it. If not, just a little more work involved chopping the cab mount.

On another note, some progress this afternoon.

Removed the rear. Ready to drill out some rivets.

Ouch, took me about 6 months to get my first of those. The skinny 255s definitely don't protect the wheel very well.

Yeah the guys scratched it when mounting it for me. No sweat, shit happens. They are ordering me another one.

Well it was a long night. Never Again .... No idea why @ragincajun35 wanted to do it twice...

    IMG_2725.jpg

Anyways. My method for the madness was: 1. Grind down the heads - to save drill bits. 2. Prick punch center. 3. Drill with 1/4" bit all the way through. 4. Drill with 1/2" bit - as soon as the bit gets to the other side of the rivet it will just pop out. If not just a couple taps with BFH and punch should do it.

    IMG_2705.jpg

It was never really difficult, but extremely time consuming and frustrating.

    IMG_2704.jpg

Also got my B-110s, Ubolt flip, and wheelers bumps on.

Only thing left to do is install the 29" brake lines.

And finally, a couple shots of stock 4.5" BS Steelies vs 3.5" BS SCS F5s:

Holy moly dude!! Yea it wasn't any easier the second time either. I've done 4 of these now. Gluten for punishment I guess. What size tires are you running now. You seem to have a plethora of cooper st maxx tires lying around lol

Sticking with the 255/86/16. Yeah I have 9 right now... 4 of them, along with my old wheels are headed to my old 4runner.

Sweet dude. I ruined two of mine with bad alignment which is frustrating. They are on the back right now and making all kinds of noise. Still have a ton of tread after 30k miles. Not sure what I'm going to do now. I'd hate to buy two new tires to go with my 30k tires but.... also don't want to replace tires with a bunch of tread still left on them.

Well she's rolling again after installing 29" brake lines today.

Definitely having some rubbage on the corners of the fenders and the cab mount. I'm sure at stuff it's not going to be pretty...

I ripped out my fender liners in preparation for smashing the pinch weld and ordered the BAMF fill plates for the CMC.

All and all I'm hoping if I adjust my caster up close to 4* with the LR UCAs and chop back the cab mount that should eliminate most of it.

I love the look of the f5s and the new stance. I seemed to get more lift out of the shackle flip on the driverside than the passenger. Which is strange to me. But I didn't drive it around much to let it settle so that's probably the culprit.

question: is it possible to adjust the caster with out messing up the camber too much. Or do I need to take it into the shop for a proper alignment?
