    My recommendation if he has a cat...

    Have a key made so you can get into his house. When he's not home, go into the house and clean the little box if the cat's dropped a deuce. Do this a couple times a day so it seems like the cat isn't going.

    After about a week of this he's gonna start to get concerned. After he expresses some concern, go to the house the next day and you drop a deuce in the litter box.

    That oughta make for some interesting conversation.
