Hi folks - so the truck arrived 2:30am Friday morning, gotta love the transporter guys. Bought from a dealer in Illinois, 109,000 miles, physically pretty good with normal bruises and dings that would be expected for this milage.

The rear leaf springs are so new they still have the stickers on them. Frame looks to have had the spray coating rather than replacement, shocks were not replaced.

So far 3 issues with my new old truck - needs an alignment/balance pretty badly, not sure if the spring replacement caused it but between 55 and 80 it is not good.

It also looks like the windshield has been replaced, but the molding was not installed. Complained and they will cover the cost of getting that straightened out. A couple of places I called stated they would have to remove the windshield to install the molding? Does that sound right?

the third thing is an annoyance (Major OCD alert) that is a vibration when in first gear or braking. Not sure how many people would notice it, but I sure do, and I need to chase it down. Sounds like thin metal shaking, driving me nuts... Any ideas?

Loving it so far! I will end up doing a suspension upgrade, and likely slightly larger tires. this will be a daily driver and a hunting vehicle.
