Photo request - for those who own a swing-out rear bumper with flip down table.

A friend and I are fabricating a rear swing-out for my CBI Trailrider 2.0 rear bumper. I want a table that flips down for functionality while camping. I've got the stainless steel coated cable, swagless fittings, and stainless hinges (CJ/YJ hood hinges) - but I have yet to find a latch design that I like. I want it to be stainless and vibration resistant so the table doesn't accidentally free itself on a bumpy road and slam into my tailgate. I've look at Destaco latches and spring-loaded barrel bolt latches, but would first like to see what works for you guys before I commit to a specific latch.
