I have had two free services done and been happy with both. With that said I don't leave to parking lot until I "walk the truck."

I've had issues with the dealership as well. On the the way home one particular time the hubcap came off the truck and hit the car in front of me. You know what they say, cross threaded stripped or over torqued, tight is tight!

That is what smart people do. I took advantage of all of the "free" services that came in the purchase of my truck. All were done to My Satisfaction before I left the dealers lot.

Only one issue that was taken care of immediately. They over filled the oil level, the tech took it back and dumped it and refilled it to the proper level.

They do tend to give you the stink eye when checking the work over while still in the service lane.
