05 pull through center cap cover

I just put on new ProComp 5001 wheels on my 05 Taco but the pull through center cap covers didn't fit on my hubs. They were just a tiny bit to small. I tried hitting them on with a rubber mallet but they wouldn't budge and started to crack the center cap cover instead. I'm going to paint my rotor centers black to match for now.
This happen to anyone else? Know of any pull through center cap covers that do fit that I could order?

I had the same problem with a set I put on my '16 Taco - ended up swapping them for another ProComp model.

 

You put an entire new model wheel on or just another center cover model?

 

Entire new model - I didn't like the way the wheel looked without the center cap, and the cap and wheel wouldn't sit on the hub correctly together.
