    I've tried putting a few scoops of amino energy in a gallon of water and drank it throughout the day. It was aight but it got nasty later in the day cause my water started getting warm lol.

    I tried that with Scivation Xtend and I just couldn't justify it b/c it's basically just expensive water flavoring. Eat meat and you'll get all the aminos you need.

    I don't think so, especially with legs. I like to give everything at least 48 hrs off before hitting it again.

    No training yesterday. Sinuses were fuckin me up. I'd rather die than have sinus problems. Still feel like shit today...just not hammered shit like yesterday...so I decided to hit the gym. Only to realize it's leg day.

    I'm 48 hours out for accessory back/leg day and wanted to shoot for a new deadlift pr today. Still got some soreness though so wanted some input on if I'm 50 shades of crazy or not for attempting it in a few hours.

    Damn had a good day at the gym yesterday. Been incredibly weak since I had been cutting but the past 5 weeks or so I am back on that fat man train! Couple weeks ago 225 was a struggle for 2 :(. Yesterday... 6x no spotter after 5 sets in front of it. Giggity. Wonder if I can push 300 again this winter? Last time I did it was Jan of 14.

    The trainer at my gym is letting me "shadow" him the only issue is that the time he said would be good for me to tag along is 5:30am:bananadead:

    I made it today (3rd attempt at meeting him, the first 2 I snoozed my alarm and said f that). I just kind of watched and helped one guy (it was a boot camp style training, 3 people today). I didn't feel like it was my place to say much yet but I noticed everyone's form was pretty awful on just about everything. They were using too much weight and at most 3/4 reppin'. As I get to know them more I'll be correcting that nonsense. If you are going to put in the time, do it right!

    I went to planet and worked out with my little brother. Needless to say, he was impressed with the weight I was doing. I'll give him all the pointers I have, but he's the only one that can push himself. I pushed him hard and he was feeling it, I was too cuz I didn't have my pre workout. If he's sore tomorrow, that means I did good.

    Also got sone other people looking at me and him, watching how we were doing the workouts then they "applied" what they saw haha. I had fun. Too bad I'm not here in town longer.

    Finally got in the gym for the first time this week for upper:

    flat bench: 135x15, 185x10, 225x12, 315x1, 225x8...got 315!
    incline db press: 2 sets
    wide-grip pull-ups: 3 sets
    t-bar rows w/ v-grip: 2 sets
    superset (everything is 2 sets): machine shoulder press, db front raises, bent over db hammer flys
    db shrugs: 2 sets of 14, 15 w/ 105 lb dumbbells w/ no wrist straps...my grip strength is getting so much better since cutting out the wrist straps
    superset (3 sets): standing db curls, triceps rope pushdown
    superset (2 sets): bb curl (1 set wide grip, 1 set close grip), skull-crushers

    I always shave my neck in the shower and had to call the wife in to do it this morning b/c my arms wouldn't reach that far....gonn feel good tomorrow

    Also, the wife swears we're running tonight...time to start thinking of excuses.
