Windshield noise from 2013 Toyota Tacoma

I have a 2013 Toyota Tacoma and there has been a whistling wind noise that appears to be coming from the windshield. I took it into the dealership right before the warranty expired and they "can't seem to find the problem". Does anyone have any insight on this? And who and what repair shop can remedy this?

Mine was the antenna getting loose. Tighten it and whenever the noise come back check the antenna if it's getting loose again or not.

 

My truck has this issue, I recorded the sound but Toyota would not do anything about it. I can actually push on the top of my windshield when driving and make it reproduce the sound. I am waiting for the windshield to get a a rock chip and I will replace it.
