    Does anyone know if the 2017 tacomas come with a factory mounting hole for the roof rack?

    The double cabs do, they are under the weatherstripping on the roof.

    No problem, there's also a peice of foam or something like it that covers the holes. You will have to remove or cut it out to expose the holes. It's the same installation as the second gens since the roof is the same.
