    Hello,
I just bought a set of 16" pro comp rims for my 2014 tacoma and I didn't realize that they are -6mm offset, will they still fit with spacers or no?

-6 mm means it will stick further out of the wheel wells. BUT I know some 16's don't fit with the calipers. Best bet it to dry fit them first.

You're right I guess is better to try them on, do you know if a 285/75r16 tires will fit without mod the suspension? I'm trying to find out before I buy any tires

    Can you return the wheels?

It's always good to know the specs you need (more than a lug pattern) before tossing your shekels down.

I'm pretty sure I can, but how do I know the spec? I did some research but wasn't able to find anything that help :( when I bought the wheels online it shows that they fit but not sure. Sorry but this is my first truck ever.

Has nothing to do with being a truck. Has everything to do with picking stuff that fits properly.

If an online source doesn't show at least dia, width, offset, backspace, lug pattern, hub centric or lug centric, the type of construction, the weight and how the wheel is finished............. well, it's a lousy site. At a minimum call and ask those questions. If a catalog jockey answers the phone and can't answer your questions, don't buy from them.

Research around here will show you what will fit. Wheels and tires, lift/no lift. Wheels/tires forum, suspension forum, both great places to dig around.

That's a 33" tire with a wide profile. A 2-3" suspension lift (from factory stock) is recommended and you'll probably still require some trimming/modding to keep them from rubbing on the wheel well, the fender, the upper control arm, and the cab mount of the vehicle.
