Rubber Door/Dash Panel Removal

    I'm thinking of replacing (or customizing) the rubber panels on the doors and dash (in the Pro and Limited they are leather). Two questions:

    1) Are there any You Tube videos or threads on how to remove them?

    2) Are replacements for sale anywhere? If not then I plan on wrapping them in something custom..
