Help! Broken brake part - can't identify

    I'm sure this is somewhere buried on this forum, but I don't know what this part is called that I need to replace. I had to replace a caliper this weekend due to sticking pistons from mud, and when I got the new one installed the fixed, non-flexible "line" that connects my caliper to my braided extended brake line snapped on one end:

    As you can see, I don't even have an effective plug for this thing to stop leaking fluid. What is this called so I can get a replacement??

    Note to you. Unbolt the brake line bracket at the spindle
    to work the brakes. And an auto parts store should have the line or make you one.

    It's brake line.

    You'll need metal brake line and brake fluid, a jack, jack stands, wrenches, work light, a flare nut wrench, measuring device and marker, vise, pipe cutter, a small tube bender (or handy with using a socket as a mandrel), flaring tool set, small tub to catch the brake fluid, and Band-Aids.

    ... or you can call it a chingadero to the uneducated, and charge them large to replace it.
