Setting up the bluetooth to my Android Samsung S5 is not a problem.

When I receive a call Entune shows the connect screen, radio goes off etc but I get no audio, a few seconds later the end call message appears, the Entune pauses then reconnects the call and I get audio. The caller never hears me until the reconnect. This all happens in about 8 seconds. I get another call and it works fine. It seems to happen on the first call I receive for the trip. I can make calls and there is no problem. I have done all the trouble shooting Tech support has asked which is basically repairing the phone to the car, done is 5 times now. I also did a phone cache wipe and reset. Software in the Entune and phone are up to date. this just started to happen and I think it started after a software update to the Entune but I am not sure, it used to work ok with the same phone.
    Any ideas?

this is a new one to me. unfortunately, I have no clue. Toyota Entune BLOWS for Bluetooth, with my experience with Android phones anyway. I just learn the quirks and deal with them. Every time there is a software update I get excited, but then I find out they only updated friggin Iheartradio or some useless crap like that.

    Reboot your phone. Hard reset

Did a cache clear and reboot after the Tacoma was unpaired and deleted.

A reboot is different in some phone from a hard reset. If you phone has a removalable battery you take it out to do a hard reset. If not search online how to do a hard reset

I've had problems with my messages not linking up. I have to reconnect and go through a setup everytime I turn the truck on. Very frustrating. Everything else seems to work fine.
