This may be a stupid question, but I am wondering how much my truck weighs full loaded for a camping trip. Can I just stop by one of the truck gas stations and have them weigh me? Or is there a better way? (I know the rock landscape company near my house has a scale to weigh trucks before and after they load up, maybe I'll just trow them a coin...)

Yup, Truck Stop Scales, Rock Quarries/Yards, Trash Transfer Station possibly, Race Car Shops may gave corner scales.

You can use truck stop scales (CAT scales), scrap yards often let people use their scales for a fee.
