    Wonder if it's a matter of adjustment or if you need to trim a little more, just near the top. Out of town, away from truck so can't have a look to compare exactly.

    Hmm. I did the tape exactly how it was shown on the directions. And all the clips are inserted so I know I cant push the bumper cover back further. Sucks to be me I guess =/

    Not much to measure unfortunately. The instructions indicate 1" blue tape and to cut along the tape. I will have to revisit now that I have some time and see if I am missing something on the installation. Did your body shop indicate the bumper shipped with excess hardware? I have all sorts of extra fasteners that I did not need, and need some that did not ship (i.e. the bolts that attach the bumper cover to the wing brackets).

    Yeah, they did give me back a few bolts that were not used. There was no mention of needing extra hardware though. Did you try sending a PM to SSO?

    If anyone has the plain Lower trim panel you cut off I could take it off your hands and pay for shipping. I am looking for just the plain plastic not painted. Not trying to thread jack just probably the best place to find one when someone replaced it with the slimline bumper.

    Wish these sort of things were available in Canada (ie made in Canada) - shipping this type of stuff almost doubles the cost when you pay duties and shipping charges

    Bumper powder coated with the flush light bar (generic) was about $1k shipped. Smittybilt 9.5k w synthetic line $499 Amazon. You can access the winch through the space between the radiator and grill (LARGE AREA) I had to drill an extra hole for my winch control.
