You dont have to be that anal about it. lol Its not like different pumps are giving you an extra gallon on the meter, possibly slight varying amounts but not enough to make a huge difference.

Were not talking about rocket science mathematics, talking about AVERAGE mpgs.

Sounds about right. Keep that rpm around 2k. You get 22-23 easy.

It is not so much about the pump, as the LOCATION of the truck. The slope of the truck will influence the amount of fuel it will hold before the first cutoff. If you always (or at least the first and last times) fill up at the same pump, you will be pointing the same way, with the same incline, etc. If you do a more scientific test and measure across 20+ fill ups, then I would agree, you don't have to worry about it. But you can't measure anything accurately after only 90 miles.

On the way home today. Instant MPG on the right. Average MPG was recorded over the last 2 tanks of gas.

I don't think I've ever gotten close to 20 mpg. When I do a lot of driving around town 15 mpg is the norm. On a few long trips where I can keep it close to 65 mph or lower, I can probably average 18 mpg.

Most of the highways around here though flow at 70-75 mph+, so doing that I'm back to 16-17 mpg. No complaints, truck runs like a champ.

Truck is 2015 DCLB TRD Sport 4.0 4x4 auto. All stock with 15K miles and factory fluids. I do run the AC pretty much all the time. Truck gets Shell or Exxon 87 gas, which is all 10% ethanol here in NC. I drive it pretty easy, don't race from light to light, but think this is about the best mpg I can get. I don't have any clue how you guys can get 20 mpg+ unless you are a) using real ethanol free gas and b) drafting big rigs on the highway at 50 mph for 200 miles. Maybe my right foot is heavier than I think.
