Joining the Dark Side in a Spruce Mica DCLB

Picked up my first Tacoma last weekend, and I'm already in love! I really wanted a double cab/long bed pickup and the dealership I work at had this gem sitting in the used lot, couldn't resist! I have to admit, discovering the let's see your Spruce Mica's page is what led me to committing to buying the truck, so thanks Tacomaworld! It's a 2012, auto (which I am learning to love) and has 35k on it. Feels like brand new to me!



I've been in the offroad world behind the wheel of a Jeep Cherokee for a very long time but the old girl just isn't cutting it for commuting anymore as she approaches 300k miles, so it was finally time for a new toy. My intentions were to just leave it alone and drive it until I discovered this place along with the aftermarket... and suddenly I have the desire for coilovers and method race wheels and a bed rack for my DH bike and... oh god this is going to get expensive isn't it?



I hadn't even picked the truck up yet and I was getting "Hey you are buying a truck right, wanna do me a favor?" text messages, so this was literally the first place I stopped after leaving the dealer last Friday. Good buddy was getting married, ended up running back and forth doing set up for the reception all night. Put 250 miles on it the first weekend I had it! Which was ok by me, gave me a chance to get to know the truck.



Anyway just wanted to say hello and thank you for all the great content! I've got lots of homework to do.
