I'm looking for the cheapest way to replace my hood with fiberglass and possibly some fenders. I removed my spare tire and tail gate and was amazed the power bump and gas mileage bump I got on my taco. The 2.7 is a little beast. Looking to drop every pound possible now. I drive mostly city but hit trails and weekends and love exploring dirt roads and fire roads. Any suggestions for superlight bumper replacements? Any other weight reduction tips? Thanks!

Hit the gym and eat healthy. J/k lol. I like to keep my truck light too so fiberglass will definitely weight less than the stock body panels and drop your weight some more. Not too much else you can do. I'd keep your spare when off roading, but I'm sure you do that anyways. Most aftermarket stuff weighs more than stock so at some point you could go with a regear and tire combo that would let you get a little better acceleration than you already have like 33's and 4.88's or 5.29's.
