    Why?

    BMW has had turbo cars for years. My '07 335i was twin turbo. Tons of turbo BMW models have come out since then and continue to be released every year. Forced induction is the way of the future IMO - the only way manufacturers can make performance cars that still meet EPA requirements.

    No I mean a v6 BMW always tends to do I6 not v6 I know they use turbos and this new one will probably be a compound turbo and not a twin turbo

    Yes it did. Not Twin Turbos but sequential Turbos

    Whatever they do between Toyota and BMW, they should be leaving the engine to Yamaha. They have always been Toyota's key to success with performance cars from the 2000gt to the LFA.
