I need to carry weight (tent, bed rack, tools, spare) and then a front winch bumper... I know aerodynamics, but this is going to be a weekend warrior here at home too! So I want a nasty mud travel setup:
    What I'm looking at now:
    Rear:
    Dmz spring under leaf kit
    Bamf shock relocator kit
    King PR2012-SS shocks

    Front:
I have no clue where I need to be to compete with the rear end???
Maybe some icon 2.5 ext travel ??? I just want a setup that can match my rear off road... obviously uca's as well

... help me out guys ... trying to keep my budget around $3500 or less lol

Up your budget.... ditch the SUA. If you're gonna load her to the tits for overland Travel you'll need weight capacity and if you ever plan on visiting the west coast you'll need every inch of height and travel you can muster.

I would also select a thinner body shock depending on your wheel and tire combo you'll run into rubbing issues.

If you're looking to stay with a mid-travel setup, just go with some good upper control arms and either Icon or King 2.5" with remote reservoirs.

i have the Icon Stage 4 my truck with aal and recall leaf springs, it doesn't bottom out when i load up 2 dirt bikes and gear any more but for overland i would look into a set of Dakars or OME's.

so i can do icon stage 3 with tubular uca's, and dakar leaf pack kit i should be set? btw what is the difference in icon shocks 2.0 vs 2.5 ??? and will i be ok without getting remote reservoir front coilovers and just getting the regular 2.5 front coils?

Icons are digressive shocks...is that what you want? They also have to be sent back to Icon for rebuild while competitors products can be rebuild at an off-road shop (or in your garage if you have the tools and skills).

Extended travel Fox 2.5s with LR UCAs got me an additional 2 inches of down travel and I'm very happy with the ride both on and off road.

How much total lift did the fox shocks give you... still have to wedge these 33-12.5 tires lol

They are coilovers so the lift can be increased but they come set at 2".

So you think my 33"s will fit? Does it give at least 3.5" of lift?

33's usually require cutting and cab mount chop...depending on the offset of your rims. I'd suggest you contact @HeadStrong Off-Road as they have much more experience with this than I do.

Coilovers cranked to give you 3.5" of lift will possibly ride poorly so you may be needing taller springs.

Do the longer CV shafts of the LT style eliminate the need to do the cab chop since the track is wider? What widens the rear track?
