I think my oem radio has the capability already. Should I just go to Toyota to have it installed

Wasn't step 2 steal the underwear?

    Welcome to TW.

Go to crutchfeild.com, shop decks and plug in your vehicle info. They will tell you what is needed. There are some adapters required to keep the OEM steering wheel controls, aux in, and more.

Buy a Garmin GPS that is portable. Free updates, traffic, can be used in other vehicles. Take it with you on flying trips and pop in a rental car.

Satellite, you're on your own. I don't pay for music. Or talk.

I believe one of the selections on your home screen should be 'XM', if your oem radio is satellite capable. You won't be able to get any of their channels other than 001, unless they're having one of their free listen promotions. If it is XM capable, contact siriusxm to pick a plan and have it activated.
