I've looked through the threads here, but I want to lay out what I am looking for and see if I might have missed something.

I'm getting the RCD 4.5" DB lift.
I will be doing a new Dakar spring pack with an Add-a-leaf (RTT over the bed plus slight towing)
I also want Ballistic Jester 17x9 rims.
    I want Duratrac Wrangler tires.
I am confused on tire width and offset and would like to talk to someone about it. (Which makes me open to a different size rim, but from what I can tell 17x9 will give what I want...it's the tire width that confuses me)

    I would like everything installed.

This is a DD but it's minimal driving and split between another car.

Regular camping trips to the coast and trips to Tahuya, Elbe, and whatever the hell the place up north is called.

I am having a hard time even finding a shop local who deals in RCD.

I can get the lift for $2100 no tax and free shipping.
I can't find any place that will install a customer supplied lift.
All other places are near 2500 plus install.

I have contacted Mule (who I bought the RTT from), and Auburn Car Repair/Offroad, haven't heard from Auburn yet, Mule is a bit on the high end (Although I know they do great work).

I've also contacted Mikes Custom Toys in Oregon, and at the moment and leaning towards them, it's a good price, and they are a Toyota specialty shop and talking to them on the phone made me feel they really know these trucks and the RCD lift.
It's a 400 mile trip one way, but if thats what it comes down to to feel good about the install and price, I'll do it.

So After that wall-o-text I'm wondering if anyone has a local shop like that they know of and I missed, or any other thoughts.

I just like things to be done right.

    Thanks.

Just keep throwin' money at it.
Try Tor Fab in Everett. I know they have a bit of a back log right now, but they are a great group.

Black Diamond 4X4 is a new store/fab shop that just opened in Kennewick. Stopped in and talked with them a few weeks ago and seem like a knowledgeable group, tho I think they mainly do Jeeps. You could give them a try https://blackdiamond4x4.com/ contact info is at the bottom of the page. GL

Mule. They installed my hardware even though I did not purchase from them, they answered all of my questions, double checked my own install of bolt-on sliders, and when I needed help with wheels they took the time to not only show me options, but show me options on their own rigs, and reach out to manufacturers to find the wheels I wanted. Mule may be a bit on the high end, as you state, but you get a very personal level of service.

Any recommendations for shops in the Olympia area to install a lift?

Here are a few. My 265/75/16 tires are rubbing on my mud flaps now. Have not adjusted the height much much yet. Thinking i like where its at now.

Its doable but sometimes an extra hand would be nice. I have my own shop so did the rear one evening. Did one front one night and finished up with the last one on the third evening.

Yeah Im just gonna try and pound it all out in one shot starting with the rears. If its taking too long I can leave it over night but I have the time to throw away 12 hours on so hopefully its done by then haha.

I had to go pick up a 12 pt star socket for the uniball bolt. That took a couple extra hours.

Do you know what size that was for the 12 point star socket?
