Going to be attempting a retrofit of some Dep Headlights. I'm poor and can't afford the sick retrofits made on here. Instead of doing the rather expensive TRS kit, would these parts get me my Retrofit? Do I need anything else? Thanks y'all!

Just remember, you get what you pay for. So it might look cool for a minute, but when your lights start failing or straight up look like shit right off the bat, you can only blame yourself.

$25 for projectors is very suspect given what projectors cost, not to mention I have never heard of that brand, and neither has google. As mentioned above you get what you pay for. I'd advocate for saving and doing it right the first time, because doing it twice is always more expensive. But in theory, yes the parts you listed should get you a retrofit.

For what your spending on conglomerate parts... I'd just save up a little more and get a nice set of aftermarket headlights..

Ive tried to combine stuff to save coin... doesn't work 90% of the time :(

Better off saving up and spending a couple hundred more...than spending the time and money for it to fail and then having to buy a proper set outright :(

I agree with the responses above.

OP, if you go this route I hope it works out for you. If not, I hope you feel no regret going the more reliable route. I'm a frugal guy myself, and even more frugal of a modder. I've gotten the discount used (In your case, just cheaper) parts DIY itch out of my system, and from here on out I will most likely be using professional parts and some times, professional installation, otherwise DIY if applicable.

Black Friday is almost around the corner. Just wait till then and see what kinda deals they have. Because it's usually awesome.

Doesn't trs have budget projectors now?

I certainly would not trust that hid kit first and foremost. Or those projectors, or the windshield seal. Butyl rubber is the way to go.

Save your money. Be patient. Get it when the times right. They'll still be there when you you're ready. You'll be glad you did. Trust us.
