If I already have a 2.75 inch readylift levelling kit , is there any way I can lift it up to around 4-4.5 or more , I know I could go with a body lift but rather go with something else , just wonder what anyone else did or what I could do

Money not being a factor, I would ditch the spacer lift and look at OME kits with the dakar rear leafs and maybe an AAL. Maybe a bilstein/eibach combo of Toytec kit for the fronts if you're not into OME products. And I wouldn't touch a body lift other than a Roger Brown/4crawler kit, and I would stay 1". There are lots of ways to get to 3.75" and 4" without spacers and a huge body lift that will make the truck ride better on and off road. If 2wd, maybe spindles, spring and shocks and leafs in the back.
