Always curious on those type of videos, do the radios have an Aux out or are you getting the ATC feed from Elsewhere?

I have a splitter that I plug into the headphone jack and then my audio recorder gets plugged into one end of the splitter and my headset gets plugged into the other end.

Went to the Museum of Flight today at Boeing Field in Seattle. Been there a few times now, but it's fantastic every time.

And this is kind of fun. A WWI Sopwith Camel. I have never seen one in person, but I have always thought it was a cool plane. In fact, I built it a Lego version of it. #nerd

Interesting, that seems strange for a Boeing cockpit, they really like their toggle switches. but, then again, i still see 737-300 series on a regular basis so i might be a bit biased

Switches, buttons and levers are overrated. With a glass cockpit the physical switch is not really needed.

Nice. I found my ages old copy of FSX today while cleaning out my shed. Managed to get up, fly the pattern for a bit and land the little cessna it gave me. need to get the rest of my flight sim hardware dug out for that game to be fun.
