Taken off my TRD OR. It has a few very light scuffs but nothing noticeable unless you really look closely. Likely it was this way directly off the lot because I never hit or swiped anything.

All clips intact and comes with the two blue retainer clips #7539204010

Nope, it took only a couple minutes to take off. It's just held on by a bunch of clips.
